I think one of the best things in life is seeing your family happy. Craziness can be going on in the world, but all is alright in your world when everyone in your house is happy. I have known this mama since high school. She contacted me what seems like forever ago, saying they hoped to be pregnant soon and would be in my area for vacation this year. All went well and it was so wonderful to hear they had successfully conceived! So here is this happy, happy family waiting on the new family member It was so great to see you again and I hope you love your gigantic sneak peek.

They are such a beautiful couple and it was even more special to watch, because he *really* adores her.

{Beach Babies} Seaside 30A Photographer

This session started with a woman named Val. I saw on Matilda Jane’s Blog a post about her. They were having a fundraiser for her and her two chickens. I read Val’s blog with tears in my eyes and knew immediately I wanted to help. So I emailed one of her besties Jami that day who was the amazing organizer of it all. I felt so awkward emailing Jami with me clear the heck in Florida asking to donate a session to help. But the bidding went well on it and shortly after it closed, I got the cutest email ever from Emily Lots of emails went back and forth and phone calls were made to get their session all planned out. They came to my area from Kentucky at the end of April and their session was shot on the Monday before I flew out to Colorado.

On Thursday morning I woke up in Jami’s house to Val standing in the kitchen. Total full circle moment. Val is such a beautiful, sweet woman! I miss her already.

Thank you so much Emily for your giving heart. I absolutely loved meeting you, your family, and Megan and her family. You guys are fabulous There are so many great pictures from this session. I wanted to give you a peek of their adorable children

This cutie pie wasn’t so sure of having a photo session and I bet her mama will be so surprised I have this of her. So darn cute!

This gorgeous baby girl was over 9 lbs at birth and was already so squishy! I adored her She didn’t want to sleep much for us, but we certainly made due and captured some really beautiful pictures of her (and her darling big sister and her sister’s pillow pets). For now, I will peek baby A in all her adorable glory!

Yesterday afternoon I met up with these gorgeous little boys! You’ve seen them before 3 other times on the blog. First as a family, then in a gorgeous maternity shoot, and then this little guy’s newborn shoot. I love documenting this family’s memories for them! And feel so honored to do so. It was a little bit chilly but was a gorgeous day! I can’t WAIT for spring to get here. I freeze my hiney off in these North Florida winters (stop snickering you northerners! We get 40 degree day temperatures sometimes ).

Back to these beautiful boys I loved the way their session turned out!

{My Darling Girl} Panama City Photographer

It never fails at almost every session involving children, a parent will look over at me and say I am so sorry Tori they aren’t co-operating!. And always I say back Puh-lease! You should see my 3 year old! As cute as my little girl is, she is by far my hardest subject. I can’t even begin to tell you how many back of the head shots I have of her. Or those with no eye contact. And when I would get her to look, it was usually a picture of a silly face. *sigh*

Things have slowly been changing over the last couple of months for her though. She really adores her brother who is only 17 months older than her. And he really likes to have his pictures taken! So when she sees him hamming it up for me she’ll say My turn! but then would do everything but look at me. So frustrating!

I am not sure what happened the other day, but she came to me asking to play photoshoot Well, I ran all over the house to quickly throw a set up together before she changed her mind. She’s been really loving “ponies” (pony tails) in her hair and it really tickled her when I made her some pony rolls in her hair. I am not sure if it was the pony rolls or what, but whatever it was I will take it!

Looking at these makes me all teary. To finally have some pictures of her is so pricelss to me

Baby Idol 2011 {Panama City Photographer}

The biggest and hottest radio station in town, Island 106, holds a great contest every year called Baby Idol. Parents get to submit pictures of their darling babies and children aged 3 and under in hopes of their child being voted by listeners as Baby Idol! Several years back, my own son won

Isn’t he precious? Look at those cheeks!

For comparisons, here is that same little boy Crazy how fast time goes!

He won a great savings bond from Innovations Credit Union!

I was super excited when this family contacted me to do their shoot. The family is a beautiful one for sure and I knew how great a session with them would be. And I wasn’t disappointed This family is beautiful inside and out and I truely enjoyed my time with them!
