I loved this photo shoot! I love styling people and sessions, especially when there is lots and lots of girlieness involved
Lyra was such a wonderfully beautiful newborn girl. She only woke up one time during the shoot which was amazing! We changed her clothes several times and she just kept on sleeping. As soon as I walked into Mary and Brian’s home, I knew our styles were going to be a perfect fit for the shoot. I adore vintage and antique items and their home is filled with them!
One of the first things I saw in the home was this fabulous chair! I knew we had to include it in the shoot. And goodness, that smile just melts my heart!
I know I shared this picture in the original sneak peek, but I had to share it again. It was Mary and Brian’s favorite of the shoot and it was definitely one of mine too!

At first, Mary was hesitant to get a couple pictures taken. Lets face it, right after giving birth we definitely don’t feel ourselves and definitely don’t feel our best. I reassured her that I would make her and Lyra look beautiful and I am so glad she decided to take some. This is such a special moment and it made me so happy that Mary loved it too
